Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an X-ray Engineer located in Suzhou Wuzhong.
Reporting to the Testing Lead, the X-ray Engineer role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Be responsible for development, debugging, and validation of X-ray test programs. Track whole SMT production runs and make final producibility report.
- Introduce new X-ray equipment based on business requirements. Setup, verify new production lines as well as improve productivity.
- Introduce advanced manufacturing technology, concept into X-RAY production within Flex to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- Provide daily X-RAY process support to production, project. Provide technical support to EMS in needed.
- Reduce X-RAY false alarm/escapee rate.
- Drive X-ray DPPM and FPY for increasing of SMT output continuously.
- Monitor X-ray DPPM in SMT productions and drive to sustaining improvement.
- Cooperation with other Dept. to improve product quality.
- Create working instructions to guild and standard operations in X-ray processes. Provide staff training to fulfill the working instructions, and help manufacturing lines to build up multi-skill pool resource.
- Support Team for NPI and quality improvement.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- College degree or above
- 5+ years working experiences in X-RAY engineer.
- Skillful at viTrox V810 AXI equipment HW trouble shooting.
- Response V810 test program develops and FPY improvement.
- Familiar with VONE and AI function setup.
- Familiar XRAY/CT (Yxlon/Phoenix) equipment.
- Skillful at viTrox V510 AOI is more expected.
