Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Test Engineer-FCT located in Suzhou Suqian.

What a typical day looks like:

• Set up and validate the test machine, prepare test maintenance documents.
• Develop test guidance documents and train testers.
• Analyze test results to improve test yield.
• Develop test spare parts strategy and maintain it.
• Control the number of failed boards, reduce the scrap rate.
• Quote for new products according to information provided by customers.
• Provide technical support to other departments and customers.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• College or above
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing testing experience
• Experience in machine maintenance and verification
• Experience in fault board debug
• Familiar with PCBA production and testing process.
• Function test knowledge
• Basic English listening and speaking ability
• Ability to analyze circuits
• Strong Communication capabilities.
• Medical device products test experience is preferred
