To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, Quality Engineer role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Project startup preparation based on customer quality requirements.
• Product qualifications (PPAP).
• Definition of quality metrics.
• Monitoring of internal and external actions due to customer complaints.
• Implementation of containment, corrective, and continuous improvement actions.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar degree.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Define and approves the product, process or equipment qualifications.
• Develop and initiate inspection, quality test and evaluation methods.
• Communication Skills, Knowledge of Measuring Instruments, Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to write and propose reports, business correlations and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers and all the CFT.
• Quality Compliance overall knowledge (Environmental & Safety regulations)
• Personnel management.
• Exercises sovereign judgment within defined procedures and practices according to Flex QMS and each project to achieve the goals.
