Job Summary

At the Flex site in Migdal Ha-Emek, the site employs around 2600 employees and serves over 40 leading high-tech companies in the market. The Product Manager works directly with one of our clients.

Here are some examples of tasks you will perform:

• Managing all aspects of the project, including risks, schedules, and quality, both internally and in outsourcing.
• Leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Identifying risks and developing a mitigation plan.
• Coordinating project forums (e.g., status, schedules, gate meetings, project launch plan), maintaining and driving follow-up on notes and action items.
• Providing proactive communication of the project status to relevant functional managers, project stakeholders, and project sponsors.

The experience we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree (technical/engineering field preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in managing in a matrix organization, with responsibility for daily successful execution of all planning, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction areas.
• Managing operational excellence projects to improve customer service and manufacturing processes.
• Overall project tracking, reporting, and status.
• One year or more experience in an engineering/product environment.
• Knowledge in electronics is a huge advantage.
• Strong project management skills and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Project management organizational certifications (advantage).
• Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
