Technical Engineer For Processes (Conformal)
El Technical Engineer For Processes (Conformal) will be located in Guadalajara Norte.
Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:
- Development of programs in dispensing equipment (Mycronics, camalot).
- Monitoring SMT profiling processes
- Development of tooling, programs, pressfit profiles, reflow ovens, koh Young
- Support to production floor
Indispensable skills for the role:
- Technical career in electronics or related.
- Previous experience in dispensing equipment for Conformal, Edgebonding, Underfill (Asymtek Nordson, PVA, Mychronics).
- Knowledge in SMT and backend
- Handling of documentation and parametrics
- Basic handling of Office software.
- Availability of schedule.
