Main Responsibilities

• Assist with communication between production managers, team areas, and workers;
• Assist workers with other work-related administrative tasks;
• Translation from Hungarian to English and vice versa;
• Demonstration, training, and verification of work instructions;
• Conducting specific occupational safety training for given workflows;
• Recording, managing training sheets, training matrices, and other training information;
• Preparing employees for annual audits.

Required Skills

• Secondary school diploma;
• Fluent Hungarian and English spoken and written;
• Confident computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Ability to work in a three-shift schedule (potentially adapting to a two or four-shift schedule based on production needs).

Preferred Skills

• Higher education;
• Experience in translation and interpretation;
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
