Some daily activities:

• Perform activities for the introduction of new products (NPI) involving meetings, preparation of test equipment and spare parts, training of those involved, setup activities and preparation of documents and procedures;
• Perform statistical analyses of product performance in tests, preparing reports and recommending the necessary actions to eliminate failures;
• Transfer the necessary knowledge for the use of test equipment obtaining data, information and documentation that will enable the good performance of the other items of the test process;
• Support the implementation of improvements in the test routines performed.
• Perform time analysis of the tests performed, analyzing the capacity of the test stations, in order to point out anomalies and necessary corrections;

• Develop routines and procedures for the operation and maintenance of test equipment;
• Conduct the installation of new test equipment on the production line;
• Develop, implement and monitor software and hardware tools in order to improve existing testing systems;
• Contribute to the improvement of the production process, through new methods, specific training of a certain critical operation and studies of process indicators trends;
• Organize and operationalize the necessary training for the production and assembly team, in order to meet the required technical and quality standards;
• Identify and recommend improvements whenever they are feasible or necessary in a corrective action;
• Provide all necessary technical support to manufacturing during the production process.
• Comply with the policies/procedures/standards related to the company, the work process and the implemented management systems;
• Ensure the order, custody and conservation of the materials, equipment under your responsibility and the workplace, as well as maintaining the organization of the documentation related to the work process and the safety and protection of confidential information.
• Perform other activities related to your function and the procedures of your work process.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Complete Higher Education in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Intermediate English.
• Office Suite.
• C++ /C#.
• Java.
• Visual Basic.
• .Net.
• Knowledge of Wireless Technologies (Radio Frequency); In-circuit test (ICT); Time analysis; Test Automation; Electrical Circuit; Testing Process; Component Engineering (PCM); Functional/Technical Characteristics of Electrical and Electronic Components; Concepts of Assembly Inspection; Electronics applied to Telecommunications; Reading and interpretation of electrical and electronic drawings, diagrams and schematics.
• Notions in DFA (Design for Assembly/Joining); Product Data Management (PDM); Statistical tools for failure analysis (Ex. FEMEA, CEP); Concepts of assembly inspection; Electronics applied to Telecommunications; Reading and interpretation of electrical and electronic drawings, diagrams and schematics and Troubleshooting for diagnosing failure analysis.
