Junior Process Engineer

We're looking to add a new Junior Process Engineer to be based in Tczew, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and model welding fixtures, jigs, and tooling using CAD software
• Collaborate with production to implement efficient welding solutions.
• Support automation initiatives including robotic welding cells (MIG/MAG, Laser)
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EN ISO, AWS).
• Provide technical support during prototype builds and serial production.

The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineer Degree, preferably in Welding/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks or Inventor).
• Understanding of welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, resistance welding, Laser).
• Fluent in English & Polish (written and spoken)
• Eligible to work in Poland (EU).

Will be appreciated:

• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Experience with designing and building welding fixtures for manual and automated processes
