Job Summary

Folyamatmérnök (Final Assembly Process Engineer)

Your main tasks will be:

• Optimal design of the production process in the manual assembly area, considering quality, efficiency, and cost-saving requirements
• Investigation of special production problems in the production area, analysis of problems, development and implementation of corrective measures with the supporting departments
• Contact with the project team
• Monitoring, analysis, development, and implementation of preventive measures for the production error rate in collaboration with the Quality department
• Verification and evaluation of the production process capacity
• Initiation and approval of technical changes and implementation and monitoring of customer changes
• Development and modification of work instructions and other documentation related to the production process
• Conducting necessary trainings for new employees as trainers
• Ordering and assigning the tools required for product manufacturing
• Active participation in the preparation of FMEA and Control plan

Required knowledge for this position:

• Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering degree
• We also welcome applications from entry-level candidates
• 1-3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing is preferred
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent process mindset and problem-solving skills
• MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge
