✨ About The Role
- The Sales Development Representative will work with marketing and account executives to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in the market segment
- Responsibilities include demonstrating the value of the company's offerings through various channels like phone calls, email, and social media
- Researching target companies and preparing executive summaries to develop business opportunities with Account Executives
- Updating Salesforce diligently to stay current on leads and follow-ups
- Shadowing Account Executives in meetings and other activities to acquire the skills needed for the next role on the sales team

- 1-3 years of professional working experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or Consulting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
- Enthusiasm for cold-calling prospects and a willingness to hop on the phone with new people every day
- A "compliance first" attitude to keep regulators happy and enthusiastic about the company
- Ability to identify and qualify new sales opportunities, demonstrate the value of offerings, and research target companies
