Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain multiple interconnected modules
• Work with enterprise Java EE patterns and web application architecture
• Implement business logic for license management, reporting, and system administration features
• Build and integrate REST APIs for seamless web application functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code while following best practices.
• Write and maintain database schemas and Hibernate mappings
• Build and deploy complex multi-tier applications using Ant build scripts
• Create and maintain web services for system integration
• Support installer and patching mechanisms for enterprise deployments
• Write unit tests and maintain test infrastructure
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLM observability tools, and responsible AI guardrails.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of Java development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Java EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, EJB)
• Apache Struts - Struts MVC architecture
• Spring MVC - REST API development
• Experience with Hibernate ORM and database design
• Proficiency with Apache Ant or similar build tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Understanding of application server deployment (JBoss/WildFly preferred)
