The Treasury team develops and implements strategies to efficiently operate our business, which pays over $1 billion in customer rents each month—one of Flex's most critical functions. As part of this team, this role offers an opportunity to learn Finance, Treasury, and Risk principles, with an initial focus on financial operations such as tracking and validating payments, conducting human review for fraud detection, and reconciling data systems with bank ledgers. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in either our NYC Headquarters or our satellite SF office. For candidates outside of those areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $133,000 - $149,000. For all other states, the base salary pay range will be $120,000 - $134,000.
