Implements lean methodology in dedicated production area (VSM, SMED, 5S…)
Reviews technical documentation and provides feedback to Design Engineering department
Establishes non-special production processes, maintains them and optimizes them
Responsible for all non-special production processes in defined production zone
Defines machines and tools for process startup
Acquires necessary knowledge for process startup in production
Training production staff how to correctly use tools and machines after machine and tools has been implemented in production environment
Production staff support during audits (internal / external)
Develops necessary documentation and training for production staff (working instructions, parameters sheets, presentational trainings…)
Process problem solving in production and method training for department
Capacity defining and tracking within dedicated production area
Layout maintenance and management within dedicated production area
5S support to production within dedicated area
Analyze data from production, quality or own sources in order to define proper actions
Responsible for release of all machines, according to legal, ME and other department requirements, dedicated in machining production area
Constantly monitoring of production staff and machine performance and retrain according to training plan
Balance production line in cooperation with production team lead
University degree in the technical field
Three years of relevant work experience
Advanced level of English
Advanced level of MS Office and basic level of Auto CAD
