HR Generalist*in (m/w/d)

Human Relations Team Position

We are looking for dedicated support for our Human Relations Team at our Voerde location with a hybrid mix of HR consultant and payroll responsibilities.

Exciting tasks await you:

• Trusted contact person for our employees, management, and works council in all personnel and labor law matters
• Independent implementation of all personnel measures from entry to exit (contract management, master data maintenance, disciplinary measures, etc.)
• Active involvement in varied HR projects
• Support, preparation, and processing of payroll-related matters
• Communication with social insurance carriers and authorities
• Participation in tax and social security audits

You excel in:

• Successfully completed training in a commercial or technical field with further education as a technician, business administrator, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the HR sector in an industrial environment and experience in supporting production employees is desirable
• Experience in cooperation and negotiations with employee representatives
• Preferably knowledge of personnel administration and payroll systems like Workday
• Comprehensive knowledge of IG Metall tariff and labor law is advantageous
• Strong assertiveness and a firm personality as well as an independent and precise working style
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
