Support in the qualification of new prototype developments and coordination of the processing of customer-requested qualification certificates and milestones
First point of contact and close contact with the customer on all quality issues
Accompanying customer audits at all production sites and supporting the follow-up of deviations and measures
Support with complaints in accordance with the 8D methodology
Collaboration in the cross-functional team
Supporting the team with risk analyses and preventive quality management
Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience:
Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification
Strong interest in quality topics
Experience in Quality or in the technology of generators or electric motors
Structured problem-solving ability, moderation skills and independent working style
Confident demeanour, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Business fluent English and proficient in MS Office, SAP experience an advantage
Interest in working in a small, agile team with a lot of creative freedom and direct responsibility
