  • Collaborate with data & analytics teams to define the right research questions, access meaningful audience insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies and tactical plans.
  • Partner with paid media specialists to integrate paid distribution into campaign strategies – ensuring channel mix, targeting and KPIs are aligned.
  • Act as an integrated partner to coordinate across practices and specialisms to drive a consistent standard of digital thinking and delivery – contributing to a culture of shared learning, experimentation and ambition.
  • Contribute digital thinking to proposals, pitches, and new business efforts – helping the team articulate bold, platform-relevant ideas for healthcare clients.

Execution and Performance

  • Work with internal analytics and paid teams to track performance and optimise campaigns – helping to turn data into clear narratives and recommendations for clients.
  • Explore new channels, platforms, formats, technologies, and tools – bringing learnings and innovations to the team to enhance our digital thinking and outputs.

  • Ideally experience working within healthcare and life sciences and understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks and regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns from conception through execution.
