The HR Intern will be responsible for collecting and organizing all Shared Services documentation related to our UKG HRIS, including walk-through guides, job aides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project documents. The HR Intern will then help to update all said documents to prepare for the launch of a new user interface in March 2026. This initiative will ensure that all documents are updated with new screenshots and step-by-step instructions that align with the new user interface. The Intern will work closely with the HRIS and project teams to ensure the successful rollout of the new user interface. The Intern will also be assigned additional responsibilities as listed below when time allows.
