  1. Collaborate with the distributor partner to develop and execute sales strategies
  2. Prioritize customers and create growth plans for the region
  3. Identify, evaluate, and engage trade partners in line with Fissler policies
  4. Visit customers four days a week; monitor stock, product presentation, and merchandising
  5. Deliver impactful product and brand training to retailers and sales teams
  6. Support efficient order handling and resolve retailer issues with Customer Service
  7. Coordinate and implement sales and marketing campaigns in-store
  8. Use SAP Sales Cloud to track performance, report activities, and share market insights
  • You have a degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing – or equivalent experience
  • You bring 3–5 years' international sales experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods
  • You know how to train, motivate, and develop retail teams and manage key accounts
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills with a hands-on mindset
  • You're willing to travel frequently and work confidently with CRM systems (SAP Sales Cloud a plus)
  • You speak Turkish fluently and communicate confidently in English
