What a Successful Systems Specialist II Does at Fiserv: At Fiserv, a Systems Specialist II is essential for our commitment to creating innovative solutions for the financial sector. What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain robust software systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to create innovative solutions.
• Analyze and solve complex software problems.
• Implement agile development practices and ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous integration.
• Supervise and coordinate software development projects.
• Document and communicate technical-scientific processes.

What You Need To Have:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Springboot), C++, or .Net Core.
• Experience with agile development frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Advanced/fluent English.

What Would Be Great To Have (Desirable):

• Execution of Design System along with Squads.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of application design patterns (Hexagonal, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Leadership skills.
• Clear and objective communication.
• People empowerment.
