What an Successful Systems Specialist Does at Fiserv: At Fiserv, a Systems Specialist is essential for our commitment to creating innovative solutions for the financial sector. They play a fundamental role in delivering cutting-edge technology, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with customer needs.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain robust software systems
• Collaborate with development teams to create innovative solutions
• Analyze and solve complex software problems
• Implement agile development practices and ensure code quality
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous integration

What You Need To Have:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Java (Springboot) or C# or Python
• Experience with agile development frameworks
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with version control tools, such as Git
• Advanced/Fluent English

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Execution of Design System alongside Squads
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of application design patterns (Hexagonal, Clean Architecture, etc.)
