What Does a Successful Partner Account Manager Do at Fiserv?

As a Partner Account Manager at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of facilitating and nurturing relationships with our valued partners. You will leverage your expertise to drive collaboration and mutual growth, aligning with Fiserv's mission to innovate and inspire excellence in financial services. What You Will Do:

  • Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Drive partner sales and business development activities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans for partner growth.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and lead negotiations for new agreements.
  • Provide training and support to partners to enhance their understanding of our products and services.

What You Will Need to Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or partner management.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
  • 8+ years of experience in driving sales and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • 8+ years of experience in monitoring and analyzing partner performance data.

What Would Be Great to Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • 8+ years of experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering partner training and support.
