As an HR Business Partner (M/W/D) you will take on a central role in the HR team. You will act as a sparring partner on an equal footing with our management and drive the implementation of current and future HR projects.

Your mission:

• You will advise and support our management in all personnel-related issues.
• During change processes you will actively support and shape the implementation – from conception to collective and individual measures.
• You will ensure that all measures are in line with labor and constitutional law as well as our internal guidelines.
• You will be a sparring partner for managers and employees and ensure transparent, solution-oriented communication.
• You will bring your ideas to continuously improve our HR systems and processes.

What you bring:

• A completed degree or training in the field of HR/personnel management.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position.
• In-depth knowledge of labor and constitutional law.
• Enjoyment of communication, a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire to actively accompany change.
• The ability to clearly and understandably convey complex issues.
