Field Sales Manager (M/W/D)– Payment Solutions

Your tasks:

• Direct sales of our card terminals and associated payment acceptance (e.g., Mastercard, VISA) in retail and e-commerce
• Independent acquisition of new customers in the SME segment – through warm leads and structured cold calling
• Continuous expansion of your own customer base and maintenance of all relevant business contacts
• Creation of offers and orders in accordance with the defined sales processes
• Careful documentation in the CRM system

What you should bring:

• At least three years of experience in direct sales, ideally with a focus on new customers and cold calling
• Ability to generate leads independently and reliably achieve sales targets
• Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and routine in handling objections
• Resilience and perseverance in dealing with rejection
• Ability to quickly recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and pronounced goal orientation
• Communication skills and customer orientation in personal exchange on site
• Willingness to travel within Germany and a driver’s license class B
• Very good German language skills
