Field Sales Manager (M/W/D) – Payment Solutions

Vert offers modern and flexible solutions for cashless payments – right where they are needed. Our card terminals are used daily in retail and in the field: robust, intuitive, and reliable. They support our customers in processing payments quickly and easily – in the store, on the go, or online.

Your Tasks

  • Direct sales of our card terminals and the associated payment acceptance (e.g., Mastercard, VISA) in stationary retail and e-commerce
  • Independent acquisition of new customers in the SME segment – through warm leads as well as through structured cold calling
  • Continuous expansion of the own customer base and maintenance of all relevant business contacts
  • Creation of offers and orders in compliance with the defined sales processes
  • Careful documentation in the CRM system

What You Should Bring

  • At least three years of experience in direct sales, ideally with a focus on new customers and cold calling
  • Ability to generate leads independently and reliably achieve sales targets
  • Confident demeanor, pronounced negotiating skills, and routine in handling objections
  • Resilience and perseverance in dealing with rejection
  • Ability to quickly recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative, and pronounced goal orientation
  • Communication strength and customer orientation in personal exchange on site
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and driver's license class B
  • Very good German language skills
