What You Will Do:

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities, achieving and exceeding individual revenue targets
  • Drive top-line revenue across EMEA through the sale of the Fiserv Enterprise solution ("Carat"), including merchant acquisition, terminals, gateways, and a variety of value-added services
  • Focus on target segments such as retail, foodservice, QSR, hospitality, mobility, gaming/gambling, and financial services with omnichannel and pan-EMEA orientation
  • Develop and implement detailed go-to-market strategies that deliver business growth and additional revenue for Fiserv
  • Develop and refine pricing models and contract structures that align with Fiserv's collective goals
  • Interpret internal and external market information to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide current and accurate sales pipeline information in the Fiserv CRM system
  • Develop and manage business account plans for the assigned opportunity portfolio

What You Must Bring:

  • Extensive experience in the merchant acquisition industry
  • Solid understanding of payment technology with specific knowledge of omnichannel platforms, gateways, and terminals
  • Extensive network and contacts with large clients in target segments such as retail, foodservice, QSR, hospitality, mobility, gaming/gambling, and financial services
  • Ability to lead sales closures through the sales process, negotiation, and contract signing independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage all stakeholders, including internal, external, executives, and company leaders

  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, create project plans, and deliver results on time

  • High energy and ability to juggle a large number of tasks effectively
  • Highest ethical standards
  • Fluent in German and knowledge of English; other languages are a plus
