The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling our sales organization to operate efficiently and effectively. This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and analytical support to the sales team, while also partnering closely with Marketing to help execute campaigns, maintain collateral, and strengthen brand consistency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role directly contributes to our revenue growth by improving sales productivity, enhancing customer experience, and supporting key marketing initiatives.
Marketing Support (Secondary but Essential)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a communication hub between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Participate in project meetings to support new initiatives and implementation tasks as needed.
Provide feedback on process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
