Oversee daily dispatch, routing, and driver operations to ensure safe, on-time transportation
Coach, counsel, and develop dispatchers and drivers to meet operational standards
Monitor route performance, start-times, and safety metrics to drive accountability
Maintain operational records, reporting, and scheduling documentation
Respond to customer and district concerns in a professional, solutions-focused manner
Support administrative functions including payroll, routing, training, and road supervision
Assist with driver recruitment and onboarding as needed
Experience: 1–3 years in transportation, logistics, or related operational roles; supervisory and/or driving experience strongly preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing: Class B CDL required
Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems
Adaptability: Ability to support both field and office operations
