Support Specialist

This Support Specialist-2 is responsible for assigned clerical tasks. These will include but are not limited to data entry, filing, copying, scanning, mail, etc. Other duties will be assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Working knowledge of personal computers
Must have working experience with office equipment
Attention to detail
Possess excellent organization skills
Reliability of task completion and follow-up

Required Responsibilities:

Data entry
Ensure that the information entered is loaded into the system with minimal errors
Scan
Copying
Mail
Meet daily productivity goals and objectives assigned by management on a daily basis
Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
Adhere to the subscribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
Assist with other projects as assigned by management
