We are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative Web Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our web presence. This role is critical to driving user engagement, ensuring high-performing websites, and aligning digital strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Strategy & Management: Manage and execute the overall strategy for the company's website(s), ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Web Design & Development Oversight: Supervise the design, development, testing, and deployment of web pages and features.
  • User Experience (UX) Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and content creators to improve navigation, layout, and overall user experience.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, assign tasks and track progress of web development activities.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to analyze traffic, user behavior, and performance.

  • Legal & Policy Compliance: Maintain accurate terms of use, privacy policies, cookie notifications, and other required web legal documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Experience with SEO best practices and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with web performance optimization tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot form integration).
  • Understanding of security protocols, including HTTPS, SSL certificates, and web application firewalls.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and web compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
