About the Role

As a Fraud Advisor, you will work in collaboration with one of the UK's leading banks, becoming a valued member of a diverse and vibrant team dedicated to protecting customers from fraud. You will play a crucial role in upholding the organisation's reputation by conducting thorough investigations into payment fraud claims and ensuring fair resolutions for customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting investigations into payment fraud claims, building a comprehensive timeline of events.
  • Engaging with customers effectively, ensuring they feel supported and not interrogated.
  • Making fair, evidence-based decisions in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Liaising with other financial institutions regarding fraudulent activity reports.
  • Staying up to date with fraud trends and continuously enhancing investigative skills.
