1. Reviews the scope of work and approved specifications of assigned projects, prepares the cost estimate, the necessary materials, tools and equipment and organizes the required manpower resources.
2. Coordinates the different project/order activities and with other project stakeholders in order to assure proper project interface with the different departments leading to successful implementation of the project on time.
3. Prepares and monitors the project schedule, and conducts meetings to assure that the project is within the project schedule.
4. Provides technical expertise in identifying and rectifying problems and concerns that may arise during the implementation of the project.
5. Monitors and controls the cost of different activities in order to maintain the projected cost and prevent margin slippage.
6. Prepares periodic accomplishment reports on the status of projects assigned.
7. Provides assistance to the Engineering and Sales Department in the cost estimate of prospective projects or inquiries.
8. Assist in the testing and commissioning of equipment and apparatus as directed.
