The Sr. Specialist, Commercial Loan Servicing rep is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing support for all Commercial loan tasks. Must demonstrate a desire and ability to research and accurately complete the diverse monetary adjustments requested by customers and the Commercial front end staff. Production standards for both quality and volume are measured and reviewed each day in order to maintain a high-performance team. Willingness to work in a transparent and fast-paced environment is essential for success. Effective communication is critical and willingness to help fellow teammates will result in everyone on the team finding success.
1. Efficiently enter loan data into system to book new loans within the required time and accuracy standards in accordance with FNBO Credit Policy and Federal regulations
2. Accurately perform account maintenance and/or monetary transactions that may include research or processing.
3. Work closely with internal staff to assure all loan support meets with the customer's expectations.
4. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Work well with others in a team environment where tasks are shared and work load fluctuations.
5. Demonstrate independent decision-making and problem resolution skills.
6. Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to this role.
7. Demonstrate initiative by completing tasks independently and understand when assistance is needed.
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 2+ years commercial loan documentation, processing or closing experience preferred.
3. Previous experience with Foundation, FirstWork, and nCino systems preferred.
4. Demonstrated effective planning, organizational and time management and leadership skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and adhere to deadlines. Previous work experience in a fast paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills; typing proficiency.
6. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Compensation range (base pay): $40,310.00-$64,497.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays.
