The Banker should be able to proactively sale to new and existing customers through quality, accurate and timely customer service. The Banker will promote bank products through positive proactive sales via telephone, online and chat channels. The Banker will be able to inform and educate customers about products, services and benefits available. The Banker will embrace and adhere to the sales strategy of the bank. The Banker will also perform any additional banking duties as required to achieve Direct Bank goals.

Computer And Office Equipment Skills: Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Access is a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc.) NMLS Certification
Operational Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
