First Division Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer IV to lead engineering efforts across hybrid IT systems, software, and hardware product lines. This role involves full lifecycle system engineering — from design and integration to testing and sustainment — with a focus on supporting DoD C5ISR missions.

Responsibilities:
Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex IT and C5ISR systems.
Perform systems analysis, risk management, and technical assessments.
Deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
Serve as technical task lead, overseeing engineering teams and project execution.
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
