We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Portland, OR office, working onsite five days a week. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, delivering timely and effective support across a variety of service channels.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a wide range of inquiries from the general public, real estate professionals, and other business partners. The nature of requests will vary depending on the business line - ranging from escrow-related questions, insurance policy and claims support, to technical assistance.

Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
