As a Bilingual Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' pre-employment screening process. Your responsibilities will include delivering accurate and reliable screening results, helping our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners. Your attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.
Performance: Setting and executing goals; attending regular 1:1 meetings; Participate in employee engagement Training: Attend required internal trainings (e.g., Compliance, Privacy); Attend business unit meetings; may occasionally attend internal customer-focused meetings at the request of the manager. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: This role is largely sedentary in nature. The role requires the ability to lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, walk, bend, or stand as needed. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, digital phones, smart cameras, webcams, photocopiers, scanners, calculators, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
