This role operates as a horizontal enabler across the Marketing functions for Personal Business and Wealth, strengthening execution integrity, prioritisation, and follow-through. It does not define Marketing or customer strategy, nor does it own growth outcomes or channel delivery. Instead, it ensures that strategies owned by Marketing verticals are executed effectively within a coherent and well-governed framework.
