Job Purpose:
Plan, lead, organize and manage Operations of CIB & PB in line with Bank Policies & Procedures, regulatory, legal and compliance requirements, and Assist in completion of CIB Operations Process related Financial transactions on a day-to-day basis, increasing operational quality/efficiency by providing improvement suggestions for and support to GTB, Global Cash Management, FI / NBFI and Government clients/Personal Banking. To assist in all activities required to ensure the Service Delivery processing activities of the team are completed within the Service Limit Agreements (SLA's) for the activity in terms of Turnaround Times (TAT) Volume and Quality, Assist the team in solving day-to-day problems and the implementation of continuous improvement project across the Team.
Key Accountabilities:
