Ethraa Program

The Ethraa Program is a full-time development initiative aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for successful careers in the banking sector. Over 6 to 8 months, participants will gain practical experience, complete tailored learning pathways, and earn professional certifications. You will join a department aligned with your academic background and career aspirations.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning phases:

• Phase One: Core banking foundational courses
• Phase Two: International Pathway Certification
• Phase Three: Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIPD, ACI, CISI, etc.)

Engage in on-the-job training within assigned departments

Collaborate with mentors and peers to achieve program milestones

Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book
• Graduated between 2023–2026
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Political Science, HR, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Relations
• Maximum 1 year of non-banking experience
• Must not have joined Ethraa in any Central Bank enrolled company
• Completed National Service (for male candidates)
