Digital Service Champion

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual (UAEN) to join our team as a Digital Service Champion. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and efficient service. Your main focus will be on understanding customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience, whether it's assisting with basic transactions or providing information on our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.

- Handle routine service queries and requests, including transactional and product-related inquiries.

- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions.

- Provide information on account, credit card, loan, and fixed deposit products.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, addressing any concerns promptly.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

- Stay updated with the latest bank products and services to offer accurate information.

- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security.

- Actively contribute to a positive and professional branch environment.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are preferred.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

- Proficiency in using digital banking tools and a basic understanding of banking operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.

- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to continuously improve.
