We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Product Specialist who can bridge the gap between technical capability and business value. This role requires someone who can both configure our solution to meet specific client requirements and articulate its functional benefits through compelling demonstrations and presentations. You'll be the trusted adviser who translates complex technical features into clear business outcomes and play a key role in closing high-value contracts.
Travel: You will be expected to travel to customer sites and events when required.

• Industry experience: Must have experience within Financial services/Fintech.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Expertise: Pre-sales experience, solutions consulting, or technical sales, with proven ability to configure software solutions, design tailored demo scenarios and translate complex technology into clear business value.
• Technical Aptitude & Solution Configuration: Experience in software implementation and configuration, with knowledge of GIT, web technologies (Java/HTTPS) and APIs. Able to quickly learn new platforms and creatively configure demos with engineering and product teams.
• Business Acumen & Customer Focus: Deep understanding of business processes—particularly in banking or financial services—and a consultative mindset that aligns technology to measurable client outcomes.
• Communication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal skills, experienced in delivering persuasive demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical users and senior executives.
• Collaborative & Target-Driven: Works seamlessly with sales, product and delivery teams in fast-paced environments, contributing to successful sales outcomes and competitive positioning.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Strength: Data-driven approach to uncover client needs, troubleshoot challenges and recommend actionable, results-oriented solutions.
