Now we are looking for a Junior Security Engineer with a solid foundation in system administration or security operations to join our team. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 3000€-4000€/month gross.

Your Job In A Nutshell

• Manage Microsoft cloud services, including Microsoft 365.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve internal information security policies and procedures.
• Design, implement and maintain technical information security controls.
• Assist with internal information security processes across the organization such as device management, periodic system reviews and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

In Order To Succeed In This Role, These Are Some Of Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in system administration or other security operations.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with compliance and configuration policies.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.

To Truly Excel In The Role, These Are Some Of The Nice-To-Haves

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other security standards.
• Fluency in Finnish.
