Inside Sales Representative

Location: Edmonton, AB | Monday to Friday (5x2) | Full-Time, Permanent

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll manage an active account base, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions across parts, service, and digital offerings.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Make outbound calls to maintain and grow account relationships.
  • Generate quotes for parts, CSAs, and attachments.
  • Update CRM records and monitor account performance.
  • Provide digital solution support and assist customers with technology adoption.
  • Participate in regional events and marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • Related post secondary education in business, marketing, etc.
  • Previous sales experience, including proactive telephone selling.
  • Experience in Parts, Heavy Equipment, Mechanic, or Electrical industries is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
