We're looking for a sales-focused, customer-driven individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving parts solutions sales across a high-volume customer base of 150–300+ clients, generating approximately $3M in annual revenue. You'll be the go-to contact for customers seeking expert guidance on parts and service solutions—especially in areas like undercarriage, machine rebuilds, component options, and digital platforms such as parts.cat.com and Cat Central. This is a commissioned sales role with a total annual compensation target of $90,000–$105,000+, including base salary and variable incentives.
