Vendedor(a) De Product Support

Diperk SAC is looking for a Vendedor(a) de Product Support for the city of Santiago (Quilicura). The position will be responsible for advising, selling, and renting new and/or used equipment, technical service sales, diesel engines, and their spare parts with a primary focus on mining clients. This sale aims to ensure customer satisfaction by generating a relationship that allows informing clients about our products/services, benefits, and conditions. Additionally, it creates, identifies, analyzes, and reviews plans to help generate new business opportunities with assigned clients and the capture of new ones.

Principal functions of the position:

• Management of monthly sales target.
• Advising clients in their search for solutions.
• Selling products and services using solid arguments for current and potential clients.
• Detecting needs and potentialities to satisfy them in the most convenient way for clients and the company.
• Making presentations of new products and services.
• Knowing and monitoring the mining market and competition.
• Planning visits to clients based on an established program (PAR).
• Keeping client information updated.
• Maintaining an optimal relationship with clients.
• Prospecting clients.
• Internal commercial management.
• Comply with the safety norms and procedures of the company and the client.
• Coordinate and streamline services in the workshop and in the field.
• Apply the product support programs permanently.

Specific skills:

• Management of electronic catalogs of parts & pieces.
• Management in mining sector purchase platforms.
• Management of Office 365.
• Management of RP SAP (non-exclusive).

Knowledge:

• Provable work experience as a sales representative for mining clients or related to mining.
• Knowledge of motors parts & pieces.
• Knowledge of generator groups.
• Knowledge of engine filtration.
• Knowledge of lubricants and batteries.
• Knowledge of mining markets.

Responsibility:

• Project based on sales forecast management.
• Increase mining sector clients.
• Fulfillment of sales AOP.
• Fulfillment of sales MBC.
• Consolidate management record according to the established procedure.
• Level of quotation, billing, expected closing percentage.
• Report consolidation of payments of invoices of its sales management.
• Field visits.

• Have a performance evaluation note of fulfill or higher (minimum grade 3).
• Minimum level to apply: 2A/M3.
