As a Field Service Supervisor, you'll be ensuring safety compliance, mentoring technicians, and driving productivity. Your leadership will be key to maintaining operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead and participate in safety meetings.

• Conduct pre-job and post-job reviews with technicians.

• Monitor field operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

• Track job progress and manage resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.

• Journeyperson certification in a relevant trade is an asset.

• Experience managing in a unionized environment is an asset.

• Strong understanding of safety standards and Human Organization Performance safety model.

• Financial acumen and strong business understanding.

• Knowledge of the National Safety Code and contamination control.

• Familiarity with Caterpillar product line and processes.

Important:

• Based out of our Elkford site supporting a new facility on EVR Property that will be to maintain a new fleet of 797's and the other CAT equipment on site.

• Permanent, full-time role.

• Continuous 7 x 7 shift
