Internship Account Management - JobAuto (m/f/x)

As an intern in the Account Management team for JobAuto, you will support our Customer Activation Managers in the care of smaller business customers. You will independently take over the roll-out of activation measures for JobAuto in companies and play an active role in lead acquisition by directly addressing employees of companies and inspiring them for JobAuto. You will have a direct impact on the growth of JobAuto. In addition, you will accompany customers on issues related to contract and subscription management and build long-term customer satisfaction.

Your goals

  • Customer support: You support in daily account management and are the direct contact person for smaller business customers.
  • Subscription growth: You inspire the employees of your customers for JobAuto - with creative activation measures and direct (telephone) approach and thus contribute significantly to the growth of JobAuto.
  • Understand customer requirements: You collect feedback from existing accounts and pass it on structured to our team to improve processes and products.
  • Market and competition analysis: You recognize opportunities for growth with existing and new customers.

Your profile

  • You are currently studying economics, communication, social sciences or similar at a university or college or have successfully completed your studies or a comparable commercial training.
  • You are available for at least 4-5 months in full-time. Preferably from November/December 2025.
  • You are able to awaken the trust and enthusiasm of potential customers through your positive, energetic and creative way.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact and a cold call is no hurdle for you.
  • You structure your daily work efficiently and with a high degree of self-responsibility.
  • First experiences in account management, customer success or sales (e.g. through internships) is a plus.
  • You speak fluent German (C2 level) and good English (at least B1 level).
