AI Fullstack Engineer

Fincons is looking for an experienced AI Fullstack Engineer in Bern. The goal is to develop a state-of-the-art GenAI platform to optimize and automate processes in the transportation sector.

Tasks:

• Development and management of an innovative GenAI platform.
• End-to-end implementation of new features (analysis, implementation, testing, and operation).
• Collaboration in the team to model and design GenAI solutions.
• Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Strong competence in Spring.
• In-depth knowledge of Angular.
• Comprehensive experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Argo CD and Tekton.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Experience as a Prompting Champion or Prompting Engineer is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GraphQL is advantageous.
