Senior AI Engineer – Generative & Agentic AI

The candidate will be inserted within multidisciplinary teams and will contribute to the design, development, and production of generative and agentic artificial intelligence solutions, supporting technological innovation and digital transformation of clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform technological scouting on models, frameworks, and market trends in the AI, generative AI, and agentic systems field;
• Analyze project requirements and select, design, and implement AI solutions;
• Design and develop intelligent assistants and autonomous agents based on LLM;
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations to clearly describe results, architectures, and benefits of the solutions developed;
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, supporting technical and decision-making moments;
• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and the growth of AI skills within the organization.

Technical Requirements

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of:
• Machine Learning and deep learning using prediction algorithms like LSTM, RNN, NN, Decision Trees;
• Generative Artificial Intelligence architectures and agentic systems based on LLM.
• Excellent knowledge of the Python programming language;
• Experience in using Machine Learning and Data Science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas);
• Capacity for data analysis and exploration through data analysis and visualization frameworks and libraries (Anaconda, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib);
• Knowledge of frameworks for building AI assistants and agents (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n);
• Familiarity with development environments and work tools such as:
• Jupyter Notebook / Jupyter Lab / Google Colab;
• Visual Studio Code, PyCharm.
• Experience or familiarity with AI Coding tools (assisted coding, agentic coding, vibecoding);
• Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud architectures and AI services (GCP, Azure, AWS);
• Experience with orchestration and automation pipelines;
• Background in consulting contexts or on complex enterprise projects;
• Capacity for mentoring and supporting the technical growth of resources;
• Attitude towards innovation, experimentation, and problem solving;
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
