✨ About The Role
- Guide customers through technical implementations of the Finch API, addressing their employment data challenges
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback, goals, and usage trends analysis
- Troubleshoot and enhance experiences with various API authentication and authorization methods, particularly OAuth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and address technical obstacles
- Develop internal and external workflows, processes, and relationship models to continuously improve the Developer Success Engineer function

- Experienced individual with a background in technical project management and a strong understanding of API design and development
- Excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot with technical audiences and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and maintaining organization
